Lab Notes : H3O & Ophthalmia
(includes conjunctivitis or "pink eye")
"I had a severe case of pink eye that kept me awake at night. I applied H3O to my eye twice, about two hours apart, using an eye cup for about twenty seconds each time. The following morning the infection was gone."

Ophthalmia, or severe inflammation of the eye, has a variety of etiologies, including damage of the 5th cranial nerve (trigeminal), cancer (metastatic), and physical damage to the eye itself. The most common types, however, have a microbial (either bacterial or viral) basis, and given H3O's tremendous antimicrobial properties, we can only theorize that this is why users have reported success in using H3O to treat most cases of opthalmia.
