The majority of Alpha Omega Labs' products are sold via our online stores, via call-in orders, or through small resellers worldwide (whose identities we no longer reveal online, for the same reason that we protect the identities of our medical practitioners). Nevertheless, if you encounter any problems using any of these methods, just email us.
Below we list this and other ways of ordering our products.

SHIPPING AND PRODUCT DISCOUNT POLICY: Please review this page if you are a new customer, so you familiarize yourself with our shipping charge policy.

At this point you have THREE methods of placing your order:

1. GO TO THE APPROPRIATE ONLINE STORE :
HerbHealers.com (for customers in the U.S. and Canada); or AlphaOmegaLabs.com (for customers in all other countries). If you have problems with one of our stores -- or if the store in question isn't working for you, use one of the other methods below. We also ask that if you DO use one of our online stores and are not, for whatever reason, able to complete the order, please take a moment to lodge a complaint with our web store complaint form.

2. ORDER BY PHONE. The second most popular way people order our products is simply by "calling it in." Customers often do this when they have product questions they want answered right away prior to placing their order. (Product questions are handled by trained practitioners. We charge for our products, but not for our consultations.)

If the line is busy, simply leave your name, number, and best time to call, and we will get right back to you. Most voice messages received during regular business hours are returned with an hour or so, depending on the instructions you leave.

3. ORDER BY EMAIL. You may place your order using the email program of your choice and sending the information below to support@herbhealers.com. When emailing an order by hand, we need the following information:

  1. Your name. (first, middle, last)
  2. Your address. (where you want your order shipped, and if your billing and shipping addresses are different, please provide both).
  3. Your city, state, and zip (if applicable -- again, if your billing and shipping addresses are different, please provide both). Include your country.
  4. Each item you wish to order: Code or Description, plus Quantity.
  5. Indicate which Method of Payment you prefer to use and will answer you shortly. We will send you back a confirmation, with a total, including the cost of the products (taken right from our own online Order Form) and the actual cost of shipping. That's it. We add no sales tax, customs, or other incidental expenses.

4. ORDER VIA FAX. Provide the particulars above and fax us at 888-450-7909. Be sure to check with us or one of our stores first to see that the items you wish to order are available. You can use our online stores to obtain product information, prices, and the shipping cost for a given order without having to enter any financial information.

5. DIFFERENT METHODS OF PAYMENT

  1. Credit Card: -- Our sales sites (see above) accept all major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, A/X, & Discover. Orders can be placed using credit cards with phone, email, and fax orders, as well.
    (We recommend calling in your credit card information if you have security concerns -- although we have never had a problem with this method). If you call in your credit card information, use our U.S.-based number -- again: (305) 851-2308. Either way, we will need your card number, expiration date, and the security code on the reverse of the card>
  2. Paypal: We are in the process of changing our account. If you "Order by Email," state clearly that you wish to pay via Paypal, and we will email you back our latest Paypal Payment instructions.
  3. Western Union: If you wish to transfer funds via Western Union to pay for your order, just send an email with the required particulars (above) to support@herbhealers.com, and we will email the most updated instructions.
  4. Crytocurrencies: We currently accept Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, and Litecoin.
  5. ECheck: We accept echecks -- that is, you can use your regular checking account to transfer funds to complete a transaction. This Method of Payment is only available on our Online Stores, but we are asking our customers to please consider using this method, because of its favorable "discount processing rate." We are currently offering 10% off coupons in exchange for the use of this payment method. Additionally, EChecks take away the need to use bank wire transfers, plus there are no transfer cost for the customer.
